Last week i got a call from the person and gave me the task for 600 forms and started on 23rd Jan by 3pm and was working

After filling 597 forms suddenly the website was not accessible and when i tried to reach the concern person they demanding to make 4000 to pay my salary or else they can't pay me

Is this fair ?

I requested to deduct the money from my salary and make payment but they refused...

Please help me to get my money refund.
I had singed the contract for6 days after that they said they will give new I'd and take the amount of 3999 after that again they take 3999 .
They said it is refundable but I haven't got my salary as well as money
Kindly, help me...
