I have paid 35400/- as per MOU 50 leads, Initially everyone from the company called and promised all types of support. leads started from Dec 2021 I have got 22 leads till June 2022 after there is no updates from the company that to out of 22 leads only 2 successful leads other leads are dummy, later in the month of June 2022 one of the Account Manager Sushma had called and telling update your plan then we will provide the proper leads otherwise we will gave only normal contacts still there is no updates / no communications. Hence this scam will keep continuing this way.
I have already wasted money here hence request everyone to abstain from taking their service and avoid being fooled.

None of the customer was even ready to listen for even 5 seconds as they said they never wanted any of these service, When you call and inform the customer care representative not responding properly, Hence this scam will keep continuing this way.

We regret for the inconvenience caused further going through the service issue we can understand that you have opted a trial of 10 Basic leads. Also you have received 2 leads the feed back of the respective leads where communicated immediately after you reached the Service landline.
Please be cautious while you post reviews or feedbacks etc. about a company this is not the place where you get resolutions "None of the customer was even ready to listen for even 5 seconds as they said they never wanted any of these service" Accordingly the lead status where provided
1st Lead - Have a Fee Problem which has to be sorted between the client and yourself.
2nd Lead - Wanted a nearest service provided. Hence can be replaced based on the T&C.
Your are still supposed to get the rest of your service once you have completed the whole package there are much more possibilities of the new prospects. We respect our Least package client and the Highest paid client with the same happy service related to the clients.
For your Kind information Mr Mahesh hope you have gone through all the conditions related to the services and you have expressed interest towards the product. You have registered on your own consciousness nobody has made the payment without their consent so please hold on to your statements please work on with rest of the leads for the business don't give up on your potential and credibility.
Happy to Assist but this is not the Manner to express your concerns cause this will lead nothing in-terms of long-term business relationship. stop making quick decisions. Also since the Climate change in Bangalore we have limited staff working will fix the things real quick for the Better Customer Experience Don't consider this as Reason but the Situation. Note:- To whomsoever It may concern make wise decisions its not easy for anyone and everyone to convert leads instantly after the leads are sent please start building relationship with the leads and convert.

This company claims to provide leads for Insurance and only charges for the lead when the lead is converted. However they take the commission amount for 20 clients (11, 000) in advance.

We understand you have paid the Money but that doesn't mean you will accuse employees. There's a Service Team working for you who will provide the maximum Support.
We believe we are working with Professionals but you people do not have the same when it comes to service i.e. speaking professionally writing an email or reaching to the Service landline.
Yes, we are not going to provide services to people who are breaching the Contract and the most important factor is being unprofessional with our employees this will lead to suspension of services without any notice. We aren't loosing anything by your statements over the Third Party portals.
Please maintain some Standards either while we do Business or Speak to the Team.
You can see our clients on the portal who are not able to edit or remove the review by themselves. This will only not affect the company but the leads which we are going to be generated. Cause most of the customers are going to review the company when they go through statements like these they are not going to work with these kind o[censored]nprofessional Service Providers who don't have patience and right manner of reaching the Support Team for service Concerns.

It seems team efinlane is here to cheat thier clients. They charged me and committed for 15 fruitful leads and we can replace lead within 3 working days in case lead is not convertible/ Doable. But I am not at all getting leads. Initially I got 3-4 leads, All were useless, not doable leads. Reverted back before specified time lines. And now complete team is not responding. Neither sales OR support team. No body is bothered to answer emails and Reply on phone calls. Highly unprofessional attitude, at the time of sourcing sales team was comiting like a good corporate house. And presented themselves as reputed company. But all seems fake. Employees don't have any escalation matrix. One is sales & Second is support team both are having careless attitude.
No any third No. / email id is here to escalate if we are not satisfied with the services.
I am requesting again to resolve my issues at the earliest, I have all phone call recordings, Whats app discussions with sales team and online payment receipt, please don't force me to file complaint against team efinlane.

really l have never seen like this peoples how they can tell lie and cheat amount with the customers one sales girl call her name kavya 6366947416 and said me to take personal loan leads i said i will never believe like this online process and but after that 2 days she was back of me and she was keep on calling me so much stories she said after just because trust on her and based on company profile i have paid amount they taken 3 days for activation later her team manager calling and telling that you taken offline facility take online facility it coast 11 thousand that this and all after that whoever spoken with me that girl not even picking my call very worst service it no customer service also but whatever agreement i got they mention Cleary that i will get 10 leads for my payment but the employees are telling different please keep some good customer service don't spoil your company name by these kind of peoples and please take this serious and get me some solution before file the complaint i am having and whatsapp conversation call recorded payment proof everything expecting best response from your peoples

This is a fraud company. Complete fraud. They will ask you money and then ask you to go to higher plan. They won't provide any services. Just eat up your time by giving repeated calls. Very unprofessional. I have lost my money. I am reporting this company to police. Request all those affected to do this too.

We really do not understand the purpose of Review when u just made the payment and not yet started the services. Breaching of the contract and damaging the Company's reputation with such ungrateful Content.
You do not have any rights to Defame the company. Do not mislead people with your Statements, with out communicating to the service team I don't know how you get into a conclusion.
We have received your concern through Our Account Manager that you where not able to afford the complete package hence made the negotiated payment. which services team was not aware and we communicated to the concern account manger to check with the issue and asked to update as per the customers requirement.
Then while the Account manager is Trying to reach, You have blocked all the contacts and started writing things as per your own assumptions, you need to communicate to get the clarifications also need to have patience till the service is started.
I request you to reach the Support Team, Instead of all the miscommunications. Reach on 080-4 8 5 1 4 0 7 0.

Immediately after posting this, I was contacted by Efinlane customer team. They tried their best to understand and resolve my problem. It seems there had been a major miscommunication between us. I have entered into another memorandum of understanding with the company and have continued obtaining their services. Since there was no option to delete the above review, I have replied to the above review and I hereby declare the complaint as resolved.
Immediately after posting this, I was contacted by Efinlane customer team. They tried their best to understand and resolve my problem. It seems there had been a major miscommunication between us. I have entered into another memorandum o[censored]nderstanding with the company and have continued obtaining their services. Since there was no option to delete the above review, I have replied to the above review and I hereby declare the complaint as resolved.

We really don't find any records of you reaching the support regarding service issues through email or Landline. Also we request you to be professional while speaking to the services team when they are arranging you the clients. Also don't have to use profanity while speaking to females especially.
off late reviewing all your communication with the team and also due to breach of the contract your services have been suspended temporarily.
Mr Hanmandlu Chintawar we have gone through few call recordings with your concern account manager in which she has been trying to coordinate with the clients sent to you. But still you be very arrogant and use all the abusive words also pass statements which is very wrong i.e. " I have Crores together and see what I’ll do ill defame your company” and much more. Please note this we provide services to all the clients we don't differentiate them by their Status or Age or gender or Net worth or the experience. We respect our customers by the same time each and every person working in the company have their self-respect you cannot criticize anyone. Please be Professional.
Please get this clear by all this false comments you will not achieve anything, at the same time you will have to apologize for Harassing our Executive over the call intentionally every time they try reaching you for service.
