Received a product which I did not order on 26/02/2024. I mistook it for some other order and since i was not available to accept the parcel personally, i told the delivery guy to leave it at a nearby store. delivery guy did not inform me that it was a cash on delivery product. he collected the amount from the store keeper saying that i had informed him to collect which i had not. The package received is a kurta/dress and a child's salwar...

The ekart delivery firstly spams me with the calls for the pickup even when i said i have some work to do, despite knowing this, he still calls and spammed me.

[protected] this is number of the delivery agent, my parcel delivery date was 17th april, but it arrived today, i said him that i cannot take it today so he talked rudely and he just cut the call while i was still TALKING and not answering phone.
