This incident was accured in 26th April 2023, i joined a part time job a 4 days back on the date of incident accured they said we need to complete the work within the specific period of time or you will be not getting the salary for the work done by me. But now, they are threatening me to send them rupees of 7080/- for not completing the work.

I have applied for data entry job from online . They asked me to complete registration and need your sign, i have registered and started to work. But I can't complete the work on time, i said i will quit then they saying you have to pay 7080 for service charges to cancellation of contract. Or else you have to pay 45000 in Surat court.They didn't show me a contract form after i said i will quit they sending contract form which is using my...

One day I got a message from this...to do a job..I said 'I was interested'..then they said 'to do this job you want to sign digitally' and I do it..then I understand it was fraud...I said I was not doing this more..the said 'then you want to pay service charge 7080 /- or 45000/- in Gujarat court....

They are saying that they were putting police complaint on me
And they asking me to come to Gujarat court

Other wise they send the police to my adress

I searched for a data entry job and this company messaged and they said no fee and all and i said ok suddenly they send an agreement and saying that i have to sign it and or else pay Rs.7080 or pay Rs.45000 in gujarat court.
