I have written to the CEO of Ericson TPA as there's an issue with the Insurance E-Card.

He is not responding nor solving my issue.
Deeply regret our association with Ericson TPA.

For last one month I am following up with their customer care, grievance officer but no one is responding.
I wish bad fortune and loss of business to Ericson TPA in years to come....

My mothers Gender of EricsonTPA Insurance card is wrong. I shared mothers aadhar card to them and asked them to correct it.

It's been a month and over dozen follow-ups but they are not respodning.
Third-class TPA company.
I wish them bad fortune and loss of business in years to come.

My mother has insurance policy managed by Ericson TPA.

Despite repeated calls and long wait times no one comes on line. Sometimes I wait as high as 15 minutes and then the call automatically drops.
