Went to straightening my hair. They have completely spoiled it. It's very rough. Neither straight nor curly. Looks very ugly. Burnt too. Owner is not ready to accept the mistake. Says she has done her work. Not going to do anything n speaks abusive language. Blocked me everywhere. Going to the salon to talk to her us not a good idea as she is unprofessional n fights. She has charged me Rs4000

I have done straightening in the said parlour they spoiled my hair n not ready to accept the mistake n rectify it. It's neither straight nor curl ( frezzy, rough too). When I ask them they say we have done our work n not going to do anything for that. They had charged me Rs. 4000 for the straightening. My hair looks ugly since it's front side....
