Excel Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I contacted excel broadband (bhimavaram) on 30th april 2022 (satyrday) for connection in house(sanjana appartments, near Vishnu college bhimavaram). Agent came to me on sunday and assured me that wifi will be available from wednesday. He told me to pay money of around 2500 but I payed only 500, and told hime i would pay remaining after installation.
Even on thursday, none of the excel people have come to house for installation.br...

It is been three days there is no internet coming. their customer care numbers are not working and they give no response, no responsibility towards customers....
