I was supposed to get a parcel from me one of their branch located in 711302. The charged extra money saying that the parcel will be sent by air and I'll get it with in 3 days. It's been 11 days and still I haven't received the parcel. Regarding this issue I am trying to contact their head office customer care but neither they have any valid numbers to communicate nor they have a valid email address . my reverse pickup still pending as I got AWB/Tracking ID from expressbees on 28 th december, 2021. . . they have not made any pickup attempt. . I have not received any call/msg from Expressbees regarding product pickup.
please, help me as I bought the product from meesho. . It's 7 day return period is almost over. .
