I placed order on fabcurate. The number mentioned on the site is not active. Also no response on my mails have paid them the money

I ordered fabric from fabcurate website my money got deducted but order not placed. I emailed to there website but my issue is not resolved.

Order#182466 I received this product on Nov 19, immediately returned it, awful stitching. Had sent mail to Fabcurate, was assured of a refund. Not received refund yet, nor proper update! Why is it taking so long for a refund?...
