here i inform to you that, we have done 1 onion export container to m/s fathel a-hussain khamis trading est manama bahrain. Our payment terms was 10% advance against purchase order and 70% against shipping scan documents and balance 20% after arrival the goods, total invoice value usd 11310, he already made payment 10% usd 1000 and after that 70% usd 7917 and balance usd 2362 is not making till the time. When container discharge from bahrain port that time material quality was good and after 14 days he gave and excuses that the goods quality was not good, he continuously avoiding my phone and not given my balance amount. Kindly see into the matter and help me to recover the balance amount
