Unauthorised loan amount

In my cibil I can see a loan amount of 2000 is
showing but I have not taken any loan from fairassets technologies India Pvt ltd. and neither any amount is credited to my account.
Please remove this loan as it is affecting my cibil score.

Loan number [protected]
Amount is 2000
Date is 20 jan 2022

Also when I checked the address is wrong....

Unauthorized loan enquiry

Actually I didn't apply for the any loan Enquiry. However they had done loan enquiry upon my profile for the value 30, 000 rupees......
