Had placed an order on fashionirastore on 23rd mid night. Attaching screenshot of my order below. I purchased 3 items, 2 of which were for my 1yr old who loves animal figurines. I just wanted to see her play with them. After placing the order I recieved a mail nd a SMS that I will be notified once shipping is done. But I never heard from this website again nd No replies for my mails whatsoever. I obviously did an online payment and now 100%...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I ordered a jacket from the website https://fashionirastore.myshopify.com/.
I tried reaching them through their Contact us email id and Phone number but both seems to be not working.
Also there is no option to cancel my order. I'm stuck.
I tried checking reviews about this site..but there seems to be none available online.
I feel this is a fake site.
I think Ilost my money....
