I've ordered 399 rupees sweat shirt combo 3 from fassiz online. Today( 21/12/2022) only they delivered via E-kart and I paid 399 rupees. I received girls top and it was ugly and used product. I try to raise an complaint in site but no response from their side and also ekart delivery executive side. I don't know what to do. Please try to resolve this issue and get my money back. Try to banned that website also....

I have ordered a combo of 3 sweatshirts on fazzil online website and yesterday I received the parcel with COD of Rs 400 through ekart services but when I opened the parcel there was 2 used and ugly ladies kurtas and there is no reply from company side about the product kindly look into the matter and arrange the refund of rs 400...
