I applied a personal loan from FIN TREE BUSINESS SOLUTION INDIA as per the call came from this company staff Ms ANKITHA([protected]/[protected]) explained about their services and told to pay 3700/- as processing fee. i paid the amout on 18 oct 23 from my account to their company account

.after paymet 2 days later one employee Ms Niharika sharma ([protected]) introduced as from company legal dept and todl to pay 41000/- as insurance fee.i argued about it with them and then their copany ManagerShivam Sharma ([protected]) called me and infmd that this amount will be refundable afre 3 month onece the loan process compleated. As per his instruction i transferd 41000/- on 06 nov 23 to their account. later they send me greement paper i singhed and send it then they asked for sovency certificate and stamp paper with 2 guarenteer attested by a lawyer. i done that and then they todl for solvency certificate form my bank. it was not possible to get. tnen they told they will arrange it from JODHPUR HDFC BANK asking an amount of 60000/-, 10000 is hthier fee and 50000/- refundable once the loan has sanctioned.that amoit also transferd to their company account 60000/ inr. a totla amout of 104700/- i paid already to that compay.then daily i tried to call them the staff Ms Niharika told that their company rovation is going on on 3 days amount will treansfer to my account.But unfrtunately from last 2 weaks all of their phone numbers are switched off.and no contact at all.so please try to get back my money .

Before logig in/ processing of my file from company end. I paid 3, 700/- Rs in company acount as a processing fee and rufundable amount if i cancel my loan so.

I am cancelling my loan file due to advance payment of 27, 950/- Rs regarding unsecured loan issue and insurance & processing fees.
I again and again call company employee but no responce ..they are lier....
