I have placed my order on December 10th 2021 and received a message acknowledging the same. I have kept tracking but there was no progress and one December 21st they cancelled my order without any reason. I did not even receive a notification thru message or email. I have sent them emails for refund but never heard back from them. I regret my purchase with them. They are horrible service providers.

1. I placed an order on 11th April (7437), payment was deducted but the portal didn't redirect to merchant website and the order was eventually cancelled by their system
2. placed another order on 12th April which was successful (7439)
However now both orders are showing and refund was not issued by merchant
Merchant delivered both orders despite immediate e-mail request to cancel one order.
Merchant requested to return the product for refund however both India post and private courier companies refuse to deliver said product and informed me that liquid is not allowed
I requested merchant to arrange a pickup on 20th April, email has not been responded to
I also informed merchant that the product opened was of degraded quality and is spoilt. The email has not been responded to
