From the outset, my son faced significant difficulties in the classes. The primary issue was that he struggled to understand the concepts because the faculty seemed to assume that the basic concepts from 11th grade were already clear. When I raised this concern with the class faculties, they simply recommended referring to textbooks for self-study. This approach was particularly challenging given the limited time before his board exams.
Moreover, I am deeply disappointed that the class coordinators failed to properly advise us during the admission process. They did not inform us that my son, coming from a different educational board, would face challenges and that 11th-grade concepts would not be reviewed. Additionally, there was no offer of a short review session for new students or supplementary video lectures to help bridge this gap.
Given these unresolved difficulties, my son attended the classes for only one month before we decided it was best for him to discontinue. Therefore, I am requesting the discontinuation of his enrollment and a refund of the fees paid.

My son is in 11th studying in Fitjee..I'm extremely unhappy with the organization and faculty team..we r end up paying so much fees..apart from teaching Fitjee doesn't provide anything..everything we have to buy after paying so much..its a big loot institution..they never give break or holidays..only minimum holidays..children always under stress and pressure..during this pandemic we r requesting online classes but Fitjee giving a standard excuses of saying board has not given permission..my question what they waiting for..we don't feel safe to send our children offline class..I'm just regretting with my decision to put my child in Fitjee..pathetic..there's nothing called humanity..they r only minting money machines..they don't hv digital platform nor educom after taking so much fees..
