Flipkart And Ekart Logistics Complaints & Reviews

I ordered Vivo v29 pro in Flipkart on 12th of October and they sent me a message that my phone will be delivered by 17th of October..I was calling Flipkart from morning they promised that they will deliver the order by 7pm.They told Ekart logistics will definitely deliver the order...Ekart logistics is just 4km away from my location..till now no update from logistics..Now I am calling Flipkart they are just keep the call on hold for long...

I ordered phone from Flipkart but they are not delivering.So frustrated with their services...
