Regarding the refund

I booked a ticket from Agartala to Dibrugarh in flybig on 7th December 2022 and the PNR: GUWDKQ. But the flight was cancelled due to operational reason on the mentioned day. But I don't want to reschedule my journey because I had an important work to do on that day in so I had to return. So this was not my fault and your customer representative said that my payment will be refund with full payment whatever I paid for it within 7 days but there is no initiation to refund me till now. One thing more you when I booked then the fare showed 1799 rupees but you are saying now that it was Rs. 1299. I am very disappointed with your service. It's my humble request to you Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. Thank you

Cancelled my flight 12 hours before th schedule. Didn't give me a refund. Didn't provide compensation.
This is in pursuance of my flight from Shillong to Delhi, dated[protected], scheduled at 9:20 AM. My flight number was S9301.
My flight was cancelled nearly 12 hours before the scheduled time. The notice of cancellation was merely sent to me on WhatsApp from a number which was different from the number, I received my confirmation. The flight was showing scheduled across all apps like goibibio, and Make My Trip. After trying to reach Flybig for almost an hour or more I contacted the MMT customer care, who confirmed that my flight has been cancelled. I tried issuing a refund request. However, my PNR number is showing invalid constantly. I had to report for my internship on 07-06-22 and could not afford to waste any more time. I had also rented a PG for myself in Delhi. The PG has taken a deposit from me and my rent is chargeable from[protected] itself. I was not connected to any flybig representative for further assistance as specified in the message I received. My flight was cancelled on shady grounds like "operational reasons" and nothing was specified. I tried reaching out to fly big again on the morning of the 6th day of June 2022. However, to my utter dismay, I could not reach out to them. This absolute apathy, lack of commitment to serve the customers and sheer incompetency on part of Flybig reflect poorly on their image. I was stranded in Shillong with no money to pay my rent to the PG in Shillong and no money to book another flight. It is standard practice that the airline provides accommodation in case of sudden cancellation. However, nothing was provided to me, and no contact was established. I am a student from limited socioeconomic background and with minimal resources to make my ends meet. I want the entire amount of the ticket refunded to me (7000/-) along with the monetary loss I incurred in booking the flight from Guwahati to Delhi (3000/-), the travel expenditure from Shillong to Guwahati (1000/-) and money for mental harassment (5000/-) which I had to go through due to the extremely short notice period on which my flight was cancelled. All the monetary figures are approximate, I shall provide all necessary receipts on demand. A failure to do the same or a failure to establish contact shall amount to a case in the Honb'le Court under COPRA, 2019. Flybig's conduct and history over time have been absolutely unprofessional. A simple google search can show the unprofessionalism and incompetency Flybig has shown to its customers. An airline like Flybig deserves to be shut down. With no consumer redressal forum and no official communication of confirmation or cancellation. Flybig is a huge scam.

Horrible service and inconsiderate staff

I never had such a horrible experience before. The flight from Mohanbari to Kolkata on 6th June was rescheduled from 2.05 pm to 6.10 pm i.e. delayed for more than 3 hours but that is not the problem. According to the rights of a passenger as per the passenger charter, passengers are entitled to free meals when the flight is delayed beyond 3 hours. But the airline charged us for the meals.
Even the staff wasn't hospitable and after arrival, they also took time to deboard us from the flight.
Overall it was a horrible experience that I never had before and it was faced by many other passengers. Moreover we had to compromise with the right provided to us.
