My self wazid khan PY/BOM/1051256/1243 i was working before freshmenu outlet new delhi company based banglore food vista india pvt ltd my concern is i resign my job october 2016 and i want withdrawl my pf amount i sent my all required document cancel check, adhar card copy, bank passbook copy, pan card copy by courier in my banglore head office HR department but i dont now why they did not update kyc detail in my pf account...

We taken new connection before one and half month before, login page and internet is not working. we called customer care number several times but still there is no positive response either by technician or the customer care. we requesting to cancel current and asking to refund out cash back.
Any onething need to be done cash refund or Internet connection or else we need to take legal action about Tikano company...
