Foray Software Pvt Ltd Hired me for TCS and worked for 6 months and one day suddenly they sent email saying you are released, but they are not giving pending salaries and release documents from last 9 months. I wrote more than 50 emails from last 9 months but issue is not resolved and they don't even reply to emails.

Full and Final settlement is pending from February 2023 to till date. not giving releasing documents.
I need release documents to join another company to continue may career. I have been jobless because of this reason. me and my family going through lots of mental agony from unprofessional behaviour form Foray Software Pvt Ltd

First they will give you offer letter and u will resigned from current organization and later they will say profile is on hold.Over all you will come on road.
