My Onecard registered email - [protected]@gmail.com

I deposited to Onecard 50000₹ .. i got 55000₹ & I'm deposited to sbm Onecard because of 110% limit & this fraud company now changed t&c, now only allowing 90% limit.. so they done with me scam . Without my consent t&c Changed.. obviously so i will go for close this Card/fixed deposit.. company partnership with SBM Bank.. if i contact SBM they said they don't have my fixed deposit so where is my money??

So complete fraud company.. now asking 3540₹ for closure charge, Doing fraud by Onecard sbm so i need to close immediately this Fraud company card . Onecard Scammed my money, immediately close and give back my money

If i want to continue with Onecard i NEED full Transaction power & limit, they not giving full limit ( the fun is that's my money) .. immediately close and give my three months Fixed deposit interest..

    I had closed my one card account on 21st November after paying the charges. The amount which according to the onecard team was to be deposited to my account within 5 to 7 days. Today is 9th of December i have still not received my FD amount. The customer care number wont accept my call to talk to a person. They take 2 to 3 days to reply and have been saying that the issue will be resolved with priority. I don't think its being a priority when you take 3 or more days to get a issue resolved.

      I had done transaction on 16th August of Rs.71, 000/- the amount was debited from my side and the same was not credited to the merchant they mail me that the merchant ount was credited on 18th August but not credited to the customer, I shared the statement of the merchant . but I am unable to get the refund amount till 2nd

        I tried to pay simpl app bill payment onecard but Its failed on july 19. Today is 30th August didint get refund. Many times i called customer care and many times maild one card team. I have valid proof oj merchent agreed they didnt get amount. They official maild me. And that all think i forwarded onecard help. But didn't any response from onecard team. Worst experience ever.. What i do next.

          I am using credit card of Onecard IDFC from more than year. I am geting worse than worse service from Onecard IDFC.
          My last outstanding was 29, 995.81/- generated bill on 1st august.
          and due date was 18/8/2022.
          I have already done repayment at date 18 august of 30, 000/- but still showing due payment and charged 1200 rp of penalty. This happend 3rd time with me. I am already using other bank creditcard but never happend in any other creditcard in last 7 year. but Onecard doing fraud with me 3rd time. and there is not proper support of customer care. they never want to reverse/refund penlty if mistake from their company side. Onecard charge me fake penalty every time. i am tired of onecard service. now if they will not refund my fake penlty then i will not make any repayment and stop using this creditcard. i dont care about my civilscore i have all proper proof and i will go to court.

            I purchased a product from Reliance digital using my credit card. Transaction ID: [protected]
            It was canceled and the refund was initiated on 6th May. Today is 21st May I still haven't received the refund. I contacted Reliance digital, and they provided me with the reference ID of the refund:[protected] and told me that it was initiated on the 6th and was asked to contact the card company. I contacted them and now One Card is telling me that they did not receive the refund.
            The same thing happened with my cred cashback, none of them were successfully credited to me. All my refunds are getting declined, and customer care is not helping me, just telling me that they did not receive it.

            Received the refund on the 15th working day. You have to keep in mind that it is working days not only 15 days.

              I referred my friend to One Card, She successfully activated OneCard on 30 April 2022, but I didn't get the referral rewards. I talked to your ### support executive, who doesn't even know how to raise the ticket. He freaking took the request and told me to wait for 48 hours; I already knew nothing would happen after 48 hours. Ten days have already passed.

              See, if you are not in a position to provide CUSTOMER support, why are you offering products. It's hard to survive on CREDit cards. Soon, you will understand better. Your app is worthless.

              Also, tell me what is the Entity Name of yours registered under RBI Complaint Management System.

                I see no response from your side and for a small resolution it's takes weeks together n I see this as the worst customer service with wrong slogans as we are all ears so it should be we are all ours..right.
                Coffee/chai is on us..it should be like coffee/chai own us as you think the world as chai wala.get it correct please.
                I am with a secured card and I have cleared all my dues but my card is still blocked so there is no point in moving ahead with this so I surrender my card and request to close my FD accounts and if it's not done on time I will walk in to the court. This is my 8th email to you guys of one worst card following which I had to forward a email to SBM Bank as well.if any higher officer is reading this kindly respond and this time no matter if I loose I will take you guys to court there we both can study clear internal company policies.
                I want to know what kind of company policy you follow which benefits only you and customer just goes to hell trying to connect you guys.your customer care is the worst they threat customer as a begger they forget that they are fed with their salaries with the amount you guys beg from customer.so I kindly request to close all accounts related to the one worst card and do the needful as soon as you can.
                To SBM bank absolutely no problem with your service and your customer care but with inexperienced providers like One card fbl technologies you will spoil your image as a new bank people accepted you with immense love.
                So I request you to kindly take required action against one worst card.

                    I have requested to customercare reading as under.

                    Due to problem in login in making payment on due date coupled with my unexpected visit to aboard, the payment of February bill due of 200 was delayed and finally made on 16.02.2022.This is isolated delay .You have charged a penalty of Rs 2197.50 for delay of payment of Rs 200 which is not fair by any means .You are requested to waive the penalty keeping in view my track record you have with me for the last 3 years

                        I have made extra payment payment on onecard app while my regular limit is 2200 but after paying extra my limit was 4117.20 Rs so on 14 February they did credit reversal

                        2nd of 417.20 Rs whose transaction id -Ocjp[protected]
                        And today is the 25 February but i didn't received my refund in source account there customer service is totally worst closing my ticket without solving and they also not gived me refund reference number on call
