I order a mosaic photo frame from freaky kart that cost me around 1300 rupees. I pay the full amount and after that they told me that my order will deliver till 19 feb 2025 and they also send me a confirmation pic with in 42 hours but they don't send me and do not replying my messages. I request you to please take a strict action on them and help me to return my money back....

I inform you regarding an order that my father placed on thefreakykart.com on 07.11.2023. The order was for a customized photo frame worth 2299.00, which was supposed to be delivered within 20 days. However, it has been almost two months and we have not received the product or any update from the company. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

I have attached the order details for your reference. Please look into this matter and help us get our product as soon as possible. Alternatively, please arrange a full refund of the amount paid. We appreciate your cooperation and prompt response.

I ordered a set of frames on 19th September but till not it have not been delivered. They always give new delivery date and don't deliver. Neither they respond calls not messages. The contact number provided is also incorrect and does not connect. They are just seeking money from people and doing fraud. Having very pathetic behaviour and their business should be stopped. If they can't fulfill orders, they shouldn't take it. Just eating customers money and I wish their business gets flopped at any point of time. Breaking trust of the customers and are not at all worried/ concern for their issues. Takes pre orders very fast and after that no response. This is the biggest fraud website/ business that I came through. Not at all interested in delivering the product neither their refund. Karma will hit these guys very hard. And I hope Karma do this very soon. Good luck for their loss🤞

They said that with in 48 days we will send photo in whaatsapp after finalise the photo we will print that photo with 8 days we can deliver the product
Still now I didn't get any product and ping with in whatsapp send emails they r not responding still now

I reached out to the company to buy 10 mini frames, they took the money in advance(9th june) (699), told me it'll take 8-10 days, then sent me a message that due to huge orders and lack of raw materials they'll take a little longer to send the product or refund the amount And i will receive the tracking id by 13th july and get my products by 16-17th july.
Didnt receive the product, they arent picking my calls, they didnt refund my money and they have done this to many people in the past month. Its been 40 days(19/7/23), still waiting for the product

I placed my order on 6th May 2023 and the company have promised to deliver order within 8-10 days but it's now 20 days but I haven't recieved my order and no one is giving reply of my messages and not any one is updating about my order please help and when I try to track my order it shows that order has been cancelled by the merchant but I haven't received any cancellation message and not even recieved any refund.

I ordered some Polaroid photos from Freaky kart and made the payment of 279 rupees. The ordered was supposed to delivered to me by 21st December but till now I haven't recieved it. Despite of all my efforts of contacting them they are ignoring my calls and messages.
