Can I get my Relocation expenses 20K back from Fujitsu India Pvt Ltd, Pune as they deducted forcefully when I left company in last day without prior intimation to me & I had no option to save the amount. I requested to HR but they told me that we will not issue experience letter to you without deducting this amount.

It's a great opportunity for fake candidates. people won't work they have good recognition and promotions. people who give parties they can come to office at any time. even if they won't come to the office also it's not a big matter. if a person found as fake also. we can settle matters by giving money. they can continue the job easily. if you pay money HR also very cooperative with them.
