I have deposited 20000 rupees to my wallet but they are not deposited to my wallet and also money cutted from my source account

I have done my recharge from fyp app on my jio sim of 199 rupees and it first showed transaction failed then it is showing transaction sucessfull and my money is deducted ...fyp agents are not replying and completely ignoring me ...please look after this or else i had to complain to cyber department of cyber crime...
