Hi, we ordered for 27 packets of Chicken Biriyani yesterday for our travel in Kalka Shatabdi Mail. Today morning they notified us that due to Navaratri they'll be providing only Veg Biriyani at the price of Chicken Biriyani. After we received the packets, it was completely spoilt due to poor packaging. The entire food was not consumable and there was missing itemas (Gulab Jamun) as well. The owner/proprietor denied of any spoilage even after sending photos and video calling him. Please look into the matter, take actions against the said person (Mr. Vishnu Garg) and refund our money.
