I have booked a 1 BHK in Gayatri Life in Gayatri infra Planner Private Limited in 2014, Greater Noida UP west, Goutam Budh nagar. Initially I have given booking amount. Then bank loan was also taken from Canara Bank. As per builder they promised to give the possession in December 2017-18.
Thereafter, there is no news of construction progress and money till yet.
I visit the the site office, then see the construction is stop that time. I visit again after some month, then saw all hooding and banner is out. No body is there for any query only 2 person their and they person "say sab band hai or humein nahi pata. hum to security k liye hai".
Office is also closed and some other office is there. I am afraid about my home and my money. My Home loan is still running.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible. I want my money payback.

I have purchase a 1BHK from gayatri life from 2015 through Home Loan from Canara Bank. Builder say they delivered the project in end of 2017 or starting of 2018. but now is nov 2021 builder not delivered the project yet. in fact stop the construction work in site from last 1-2year.
I pay the Bank EMI on regular basis.

please help us and suggest me what i do in this situation.
