I have order bomber jacket but there was size issue so i returned the product as i have received in original condition pickup exicutive check the product and take from here when it's reaches to wharehouse they rejected the qc and mentioned that i have send wrong product and not giving my refund the same fraud they are doing with hundreds of customers there was many people on social media mentioning same thing company is just doing fraud under there policys.

I had ordered clothes from ketch app, which I got the issue of size in it, I did not fit the clothes, so I returned it, 7 It's been days, I called customer care, told them, customer care told me that your return failed in head quality check, while I returned the same product, The original product was taken from me by the delivery boy, what was my mistake in this, which product reached there, and my refund was not given to me, I told them again and again I sent them the right product
