I had purchased through PAYTM offer 2 qty. of the above product but the shipment was delivered with only 1 qty. My shipment was prepaid and hence I emailed to them and raised the ticket. They replied by email and asked to upload unboxing video to [protected]. I responded as per instruction and sent them reminders but there has been no response from them....
