I m Sobha Rani has taken admission in GIBS on 19th May and paid admission fee.i.e.50, 000 after that I have undergone for some tests due to my illness Doctor suggested me that I should take medication for one year and have frequent visits Due to this I need to cancel my Admission

I have informed this to the management but I have received rude response from them

I kindly request the management to refund my Admission fee

But due to unpredictable situation, My Parents change their mind to send me outside. Now, they want me to stay with them in Indore only and complete my higher studies from here itself.
That's why I request the college to cancel my admission and refund the fees of Rs. 50, 000/- which I had paid, I also mailed the college regarding this,
But after sending multiple emails, they directly refused that they will not refund the fees.
But as far as I know that the rule of AICTE is that if the student wants to cancels the admission, the college will have to refund the fees in full.

So, I am humbly requesting again that kindly proceed with the cancellation of my admission and also refund of Rs.50, 000/- which I had paid. I am humbly requesting you to take concrete action in this case.
Please resolve this at the earliest.
