I have moved my tv from Mumbai to Siliguri, They broke the screen and are not picking calls and are not responding very rude behaviour....

I used there service to transfer my household material from pune to Gurgaon.
I sent my stuff on 20th july (sunday) from pune to reach Gurgaon on july 27th( sunday).
Today is Aug 1st and I still have not recieved my stuff.
When I called them several times ( more than 20 times), I was told that the permit of th etruck got over in gujrat and the truck was retained there because it was not allowed to travel further.
