Dear Sir,
I placed the above mentioned order with GoMechanic Spares and called them many times as they kept delaying the delivery. After they failed to deliver the order till February end, I cancelled the order via their app and informed their customer support and asked for refund. It was very difficult to get to an executive over call at first and they never replied to my email. Since February I have been calling them till April, 2023 and they kept requesting to wait for 5-10 days for refund to be processed. And post April 2023 their phone number stopped working. They need to refund Rs. 2170/- to me. Kindly help me get my money back.

I ordered some parts from GoMechanic Spares App for my car on 31 Dec 2022 of Rs.2412, after some days you cancell my order but not redfunded my money yet. I called several times to your customer support, every time they assure me that within 7 days I get my refund, now almost 2Months gone but yet not refunded my money.

I ordered service parts for my car through order ID: GMDEP700305
They cancelled my order as they said parts are unavailable. I was promised refund in 5-7 days. It has been 30 days and no refund has been issued. Customer care doesn’t connect or if after a lot of efforts it connects, call automatically gets cut. This seems to be a fraud company. Kindly get me my refund.

I have placed the order on GoMechanic Spares on 18th December 2022.
Given assurity that the product will be delivered on time. But it's been more than 20 days now but the partial order is still showing "in Progress" status. I cannot service my bike with partial parts. I tried reaching customer service multiple times but they are unable to help in this case. They are neither delivering the product nor refunding the amount which they are holding from last 20 days.

I had placed an order for GoMechanic Gusto T10 Portable Digital Tyre Inflator. Even after 10 days of order placement, the product was not dispatched. Finally, the order was canceled on 25th august 2022. Till now I have not received the refund of 1304 rupees. It's almost 3 weeks since my money is debited and not returned.

Customer executives are arrogant and do not respond properly.

Please arrange for a refund immediately.

GoMechani spares company had canceled my car parts order after one month of Oder placed that too without informing.
These guys made me to wait for one month and simply canceled the order
