Damage protection plan for tv
I had called gowarranty customer care today to raise a service request for my device. but the customer care team is telling me that they will not raise a service request. i was not expecting this type of service from gowarranty. i request gowarranty to raise a service request or provide me the refund of the plan if they will not be able to help me out in this regard...

Extended warranty
I bought an extended warranty for my television which I bought around august of 2021. It was for an extension of warranty for 2 year.

The thing is that the plan got lapsed and i wasn't able to activate it. I wasn't informed about activating it to be frank. I usually purchased extended warranty from flipkart itselves. But this time i heard about gowarranty thought of giving gowarranty a try. An executive from their department called me and let me know about the available plans and he used to call me atleast 2-3 times a week asking me to buy a plan. But since the day I bought the plan there was no call from that person and nothing was conveyed to me about activating the plan. Today while i was checking through the site of gowarranty for an extended plan for my washing machine i saw that there was an option for activating the plan. When I clicked it showed me that it had lapsed. I contacted the customer care and they told me that they sent me mails but the thing is that i only received one mail from gowarranty specifying the user ID and password (Nothing in the spams too ). It has been 3 days since the plan has lapsed and they are telling me that they cant do anything.
