Ordered 2 Jackets on spotify and the order total is worth Rs. 639. Transaction ID : [protected] paid through PayU money on 18th January 2022 but order not yet received on 13th march 2022. phone number of seller invalid.

Hello sir this is fraud company after any ordered prepayment place not deliverd any order

We received an sms about offer of certain products from this company. We clicked the link we were able to see their range of jackets and cardigans and ordered 3 products for which an amount of Rs. 1307, was paid thru our Citibank credit card on 29/01/2022. After payment was made we waited for few days for the co. to deliver the items but even after lapse of 10-15 days, as we were not delivered the selected items so we started searching for their contact number or email id etc. but all those turned out to be fake. One more thing is that we visited the website of Groovy-fashion.com but in the Credit card bill received now this payment is shown, as made to Varni Fashion. Pls beware of such fraudulent companies and lodge our complaint. Pls look into our grievance and help us in either delivery of our items or refund our payment of Rs. 1307

I booked a jacket on 17 feb 22 from groovy fashion and I had done online payment to PayU money of 359 rupees.but delivery not rec'd till date.and not showing tracking ID.
I think it's fraud.plz return my payment.
