I have ordered a jacket worth rate 299 on 3-2-2022 and payment is done online but still not receive the item...

I ordered jacket on groovy fashion on 2nd February 2022 and paid 399 rs but until now I didn't received. Tried to contact them on email as well as provided numbers on website but not reachable. I request to consumer care to take strict action on such a cheating so other people's will be safe from such a trap. Please get my money back from them....

I have order a jacket of rs 359 in 07.01.2022 at 00.30am and paid the amount by google pay.. its been more than 11 days now but the company has not deliver my order nor communicating me by any means... number provided to customer is not available.. i send a email that still not replied... they all running a online fraud site......

I ordered a black jacket for men worth of Rs.399/ on 1st January 2022, I paid through UPI, but after placing the order neither I received any confirmation email nor any shipping details, suddenly I realised that this website is a scam.
