I have order two jackets from groovy fashion on 28.01.2022 rs 709. Company has sent not any confirmation message or not any awb no. I have paid the whole amount through online payment method.kindly refund my amount from the company as company is fraud....

Jan 11 2022 at 9.30 am and 9.38 am I placed a two separate order of men's jacket through groovy fashion website. And I payed the amount through Google pay via razorpay gate way .but the order not yet placed. And also the company not yet responding. The email already forwarded to the company official email id. Kindly help me to get my money back....

I saw a ad of this shopping site is offering a men jacket at very low price...by human nature i attracted i paid 359Ruppe for that by google pay directly without any logged in page, i didn't receive any order confirmation page or msg in my mobile. after payment i received a msg from PayU payments private Limited "Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 359.00 done for VINAS MAHESH BHAI HIRPAPARA has succeeded from payu team"
