I have ordered 2 jackets online from groovy fashion.com on 10Jan 2022 and the payment was also taken from me and I got the order number but as soon as I am tracking my order is not showing any. And nothing else, no goods have been delivered to me. Neither it seems to be getting the mobile number of fashion.com nor can it refund the payment.
Please help me, in this online shopping I have lost my 708 ₹for 2jackects....
