21 may 2023 I paid advance to company 22 may 2023 they don't respond anything. Before payment I received 5 or 6 call from them after I don't receive any call I tried to call them no response.

I rented washing machine from 'Guarented'. It stopped working in less than a month. I tried to call them so many times, no one picked up the call.
After calling for 50 times in 2 days, finally someone picked and told me that they will replace it in 2 days. It's been more than 3 weeks and still whenever I call, they just say wait for 2 days or cut my call if I insist them to deliver it as soon as possible.
I'm fed up of their poor service and it has given me so much mental torture.
