We just crossed guilalu toll plaza. We are on the way to Bangalore and the last lane has no fasttag reader. A person comes and scans the fasttag on the car manually which is obviously time consuming. There is big bord as fasttag but no reader.

At Guilalu Toll Plaza.
Date: 17/04/21 16:50:30.
The time taken to pass the above mentioned Toll plaza was more than 3minutes on the said date and time as mentioned above.
I questioned the same at NHAI Toll plaza but they have debited the Toll amount of Rs.70/-
In line with the rules set by NHAI, I seek a complete refund of Toll amount.
You positive reply is highly appreciated.br...
