Placed an order for $132. No communication and no order till date (six weeks)...

I purchased two suits. One i kept and the other I complaint to them that it doesn't matches the picture and quality. They offered exchange. I picked up another suit. It's for 7650 after applying a discount coupon.
However, again they sent a different product and are requesting for exchanging. Meanwhile, the cloth doesn't match quality and i want a refund which they are adamant to give and forcing for an exchange...
