Hi I have been ordering from your website for the past 3 years, my recent order made on 29th June is still nowhere to be found, the executives do not have the courtesy to talk or to address queries, nor is there a refund policy. When asked for details to serve a legal notice, they say it's private.This is highly unprofessional, we don't get any tracking I'd or anything to take the order status updates....
