This side Asif from Srinagar ( kashmir ) we purchase a chimney of hardwyn brand but from the 1st day the chimney is not working well i call several time to coustomer care contact no but they are not giving any responsible reply . they play with customers giving contact nos of many technicians which doesn't responds. very bad experience to Deal with this company . pls check this matter and do the needful or...

Defective door closer given.
When compalined formally on 01.09.2017 then no body come to visit for 5 days
When contacted[protected]No. Given on web of hardwyn) on 06.09.2017 at 1030 hrs in morning then some lady picked up the phone and told her name as pinky

She was so harsh and abusive

Throw out such people and teh owners of such abusive company from the system...
