Pathetic service from HCL and no solution yet

Respected Sir,

I had never thought of writing this mail when I bought your HCL Ezeebee desktop (No. 1087AZ114316) The system was having three years warranty and still this warranty is valid.

Last month I heard some beep or buzz sound continuously coming from the CPU and whenever I tried to play any media file or started the DVD writer or started any game, the system crashed with a blue screen error message showing...

Mainboard Problem

I Buy a Desktop PC to in end of Feb 2009.

I install and replace my old Main PC which store my whole office data and other 10 pc get data from
this HCL PC

Found problem on 15th of April 2009. Complaint registerd to custmore care and complaint no. is[protected].after 2 days eng. come and say more then 2 or 3 days require to solve the problem.we received very poor responce from you service. MY office close...
