I Have Booked a Flat In Palghar with HDIL Group in 2010. As per Agreement Promised of Possession was in 2013 - Now its Mid 2015 The work is not progressed beyond plinth level, any kind of communication is not happening from there side and no proper response is given if asked for reasons of so much delay in work. I strongly advice SEBI to look into this matter cause am not the only one who has got cheated with this builder. We are no less...
