I think It's a fake website and fraud geoup.There is no customer care, no order information, i ordered sofa n paid 1998 through paytm on 29nd march 2023, but i have not received any information of the product,

I ordered One Plus Power bank and I paid the amount from Phone Pay after that there is no update from the HDmall. Could you please take action on the HD mall?

I have placed an order for Refurbished mobile on2nd April2023 and done online payment, but I have not received any order confirmation mail, neither any update on the same. Their email ID and phone number is also not working. My Order ID #36636

I ordered bed which is of Rs 2500 and didn't receive and tracking detail and delivery date. There is no customer support service or any mode to communicate with them.
This is fraud company and they trapping us by showing such low rate of products. Please help me in this case.
