I bought a air fryer for 999/- in June 21, 2022. As of of Sep 6, 2022, I have neither received a refund or the product. The website is now defunct, but the seller operates using themrschef.com. PayU is of no help and does not vet it's merchants.

I have ordered a watch of 1000 from this site. Payment was made successful and received mail of successful order placed. But I don't get my order. And now site is not working and there are no contact no for customer care. I have arranged 1000 rupees to gift that watch but now I neither have money nor watch. Please if you can do something try to make refund my money....

They have taken order for a camera through their web site https://hendrixs.in/ but not delivered the product and money is also not returned. Action necessary to avoid other also to get affected....

Advertised for Rs. 1199. Paid via UPI. Fraud email with no contact details received. Only an SMS "Transaction No. XXXX Rs. 1199 done for JATIN RAMJIBHAI GHELANI" received.

No product or communication received even 7 days later....

I have made a transaction to an online shopping portal (Hendrixs.in) to buy a product. Later, I found that it is a fraud website, and I am not going to receive any product for which I made payment.
