I am filing this complaint against Henry Harvin Education for false commitments, misrepresentation, and extremely poor service.in April 2025, I enrolled in a course after being promised a specific batch with Ayanshi Ma’am at a fixed time, which was a key reason for my enrollment. The Relationship Manager initially quoted $400, then increased it to $600, and after payment, I learned that the promised batch never existed. Since then, there have been repeated last-minute trainer and schedule changes, no proper communication, and my RM has completely ignored my calls and messages. Customer service responses take over a week, and callbacks promised have never been made. I have lost over three months of learning, suffered financial loss, and experienced significant mental distress, as I am based in Canada on a work permit and enrolled for immigration-related purposes. I am requesting a full course extension, compensation for the loss and distress caused, and strict action against the responsible staff, with written assurance that such unethical practices will not be repeated.

    No batch assigned despite 70% fee paid ongoing neglect

    I had a deeply frustrating experience with Henry Harvin’s ChatGPT course. After paying over 70% of the fee, I wasn’t even assigned to a batch due to my work schedule. When I requested to be moved to a weekend batch, my request was ignored. Instead of helping, the team kept calling me to demand the remaining payment — without resolving the actual problem.

    Hello Sir,
    My Name is Tejaswini Kamble. I have taken the admission to Henry Harwin for FICO course in the last month, after paying full amount . Now after 1 month, even the course is not completed, they stopped to provide the Support Their Customer care centers not taking responsibility; Trainers are not reachable, Initially, we have assigned Instructure, now they also giving excuses with nonsense language .
    Software Validation period is 2 months.. Once this period is over, we have to pay additional amount to extend the time .. These people are wasting time to reply in email or not by picking the call .
