Even though I submitted my kyc and it's clearly mentioned in my bank statements that my salary is credited between the 11th till the 15th.
Is this a money making thing in the late payment fee or commission from its customers. Knowing that my salary come from the 11th till the 15th....

I have emailed Hero Finance for the change of the RMI date on the personal loan I took. My first EMI date is on the 8th of April. I get my salary on the 15th so how i am able to pay the EMI on the 8th?. This is another way to put my credit line on the verge of collapse.
Please help me as i can pay the EMI on the 15th. I have emailed Hero Finance twice and there is no response at all....

I have applied for a personal loan and my first EMI has been set for the 8th of every month. I have already informed the DSA whom i went through that my salary comes on the 15th of every month and it is clearly mentioned in my bank statements, the date of my salary credit date but still the DSA willfully went ahead and gave the wrong information to Her Finance and they have sent me the agreement for the 8th . This is unfair and absolute ridiculous....
