Hiranandani meadows, Thane West Complaints & Reviews

I visited hiranandani hospital in meadows thane on 19th may...I payed the visiting fee for one of the doctors. I was asked to come back after a week if the pain doesn't subside. I called on 25th to book an appointment and was informed that same doctor is not available as he is himself hospitalized. I called on 26th to check for another doctor as I was in lot of pain, I was informed that they do not have appointments available however the...

I am writing this to complain about the problem that we are facing in the terrace of our apartment in Hiranandani meadows in Thane West.
This is a 27 storeyed building and we are at the first floor. There's some person in one of the floors above who spits 'pan' into our terrace.
Efforts have been made to send out circulars/notices but in vain.
Appreciate if you could suggest me a solution to counter this...
