Refund not initiating against returned product

I have purchased some product from H&m and my order id is [protected] but due to some reason i return my 3 products, but they are not initiating my refund. as per discussion they said they got non H&m product. but i return the same product which i got and at the time of pickup agent check the product as well. but after for long discussion they denied refunding my amount.

Complaint marked as Resolved They called me and they send me an email too regarding my case. After so many call or discussion they denied to refund my money

Hello. I had placed an order from H&M India for a pyjama set. The order number is [protected]. They did not send the entire pyjama set and only sent the shorts. So I contacted them and had the order picked up. This was on 31st July 2024. I have received no update regarding refund since then. I would like my refund processed to me....
