Refund not received from Homecentre India
I ordered furniture from home centre online store on 4th July. On the date of delivery ie 14th July, the delivery team refused to deliver my order due to a minor change in address. I had communicated this change to their support team 1 week ahead of the order and they told me that should be doable as long as the change was within 2 kms. I had to eventually cancel and they told me they'd refund my money in a week. Today, when I sent a follow up, they said it will take 5-7 days more. I'm not sure what they are upto but it doesn't take that long to reverse a transaction. Please help.

I placed a furniture order from Homecentre online shop 3 weeks ago. On the date of delivery, their delivery team refused to deliver my order due to a slight change in address (which their team was already informed about well in advance). I had to cancel the order after waiting and they keep telling me they will refund me the cost ie. 15, 000 INR but it has been 2 weeks and no refund has been initiated yet. Their customer support gives the same standard response that it will be refunded within 5-7 days. My order number was [protected]. Please help!

Defective Furniture and no Returns

We have ordered a Sofabed (Order Id#[protected]) from Home Center through their Store at Sahara Ganj Mall Lucknow but they ordered it online from store using store id as that product was not allowing to order online by individual. There was no demo product available at store for experience. Furniture got delivered on 16/06/2022 and we found the furniture was of poor quality and having design issues where bed portion was completely free and detached from sofa making it very risky to use for sleeping and also fabric quality was cheap.
We asked delivery person to take it back as it is defective and not up to expectation, but they denied and asked to talk to customer service for return.
We called customer service and informed them of the issue and they asked to talk to store. When we went to store they said to talk to customer service and we have been following with customer service from 12 days and no resolution and they are not ready to return or exchange item.
Complaint Number #89886 was raised by customer service but that was closed by complaint team without any discussion and inspection just mentioning product can’t be returned /exchanged once delivered.
